At 9pm Eastern US time (that’s 2am Irish time) – we’ll have the first of the US presidential debates. Many of us know that this US election will have repercussions far beyond the US.

For a time, it looked like these debates weren’t going to happen. And you can be sure that, as usual, the Irish media (TV and print) won’t cover anything impartially and without bias.
